Surrogacy Pre-Screener designing
The surrogacy journey is a lengthy and arduous process. The first step is to screen the applicant to see if they could potentially be a viable candidate for the surrogacy journey. Many young women come to surrogacy without the knowledge of how long or involved the process will be. Therefore this prescreener can be used to inform, educate and screen potential candidates. This will allow the learner to identify some non-negotiable aspects of the surrogacy journey and decide if they want to continue if they pass the screening process. The pre-screener will save the company hours of payroll by completing the initial screening of the applicants. These files were used to create the Surrogacy Pre-Screener eLearning in Storyline 360. Tech Force Interview Strategies
The Tech Force (fictional) company has seen a 40% decrease in recruiting candidates that are the best match for clients. Tech Force will need to hire 2000 new team members this year.
This course is designed to train recruiters with existing interview knowledge on an interviewing strategy to increase the number of quality candidates hired.
